Was an adequate stay.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We had to pay £3 for parking because booked with booking . Com but parking is free if you book direct.They didn’t do cocktails in the bar area.

Liked: Comfortable, quiet rooms. Swimming pool. Variety at breakfast.
Disliked: Unreliable bus service to city. Breakfast eggs were reconstituted.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food
Disliked: Charged for changing from a double to a twin room.Paid for early check in 12pm, and room wasn't ready.Location is far away from the city, so taxis were expensive

Liked: Room was lovely,food at the restaurant was quick service and delicious,spa was great we went twice.stayed for 1 night and loved it
Disliked: The duvet cover had a rip in it,bath quite high to get in and out of the shower being a small lady
