Lovely

Liked: Excellent value. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely Christmas vibes, with lots of effort given to decorations. Generous car parking which is free. The hotel is just outside Abbeyleix which is very charming, easy drive to Durrow or to Heywood Gardens, also not far to Portlaoise, where there is great shopping and regular train to Dublin.

Very enjoyable and very good...

Liked: Wonderful food for both our dinner and breakfast and the range of channels on the TV in the room.
Disliked: The bed was generally fine just a little bit disturbing when moving in it.
