Liked: I liked the movie in the pool, the location, and the holiday activities available for the kids (snores, ice rink outside, bingo, scavenger hunt)
Disliked: Outdated and underwhelming compared to the other reviews I’ve read. However maybe it’s just because we went on a Monday. Phone didn’t work in the room, customer service was terrible & the “texting feature” took hours for a response

Disliked: Came for the Santa Cruise and will not be back to the Abbey!!! One of the beds had stains on the sheets- yuck looked like old blood! Then told we couldn't have a microwave in our room but there was shared microwaves between the "common areas?" which still don't have any idea where that was?? Then also went to try to find ice machine which was not working on our floor or another floor either! Then we couldn't get a hold of room service even just to get dessert within an hour of the restaurant closing, just to have a little special treat for the family, but no one answered. Just a very, very bad experience, we definitely WON'T be back. DO NOT SUGGEST!!
