Liked: good breakfast. comfortable bed. excellent location. A certain "olde worlde" charm
Disliked: bathroom tiny. No question of swinging the proverbial cat. Room very small for "deluxe".

Excellent small friendly hotel.

Liked: Very nice small hotel. Lovely room with ensuite, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Very convenient for visiting Bury St Edmunds, only 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
Disliked: I was glad that we had a room at the back, front rooms look into a fairly busy road so ask for a quiet room.

Liked: The staff, the hotel being a mix of ancient and modern and obviously the acclaimed breakfast.And price!
Disliked: Nothing really. We drove into Bury rather than walked.Bedroom 2 fascinating . Would probably( if available) stay at the back of the Hotel. If not , we’d happily stay in 2 again!

Liked: Room was comfortable although the shower was a bit of a squeeze.
Disliked: Not enough room to work in properly, but this is looking for something to nit pick about.
