Superb

Liked: The staff were so helpful and they answered our questions, we’re available 24 hours, kept our bags for us after check out and were so kind to my son who enjoyed going to see them. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and tidy beds; it was spotless. The beds were so comfy I’m wondering what their mattresses and pillows were as I’d love the same at home! It was silent outside in the narrow street so we slept very well and we were right in the centre. I’ve stayed in Madrid many times and this was by far the best place. We will be back.
Disliked: Look it’s not the most modern hotel but after a night we realised they spent the money on things that mattered most; cleanliness, quiet at night with double glazing; comfy mattresses and pillows.

Liked: The room was a little small but that's what you get in a city centre.Apart from that, it was really clean and comfortable and the staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

Aussie adventures in Madrid

Liked: The property was great! fabulous staff who were so helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the junior suite gave us some space to open our bags and had a nice terrace. The location was central and the surrounding streets really made you feel like you were in Madrid. I highly recommend this accomodation. Thank you to all the staff and a special shout out to Maria who was so lovely. 😁

Great location near Plaza Mayor,...

Liked: The accommodation is in a great location, very close to Plaza Mayor, and the city center of Madrid can be explored on foot. The reception staff is very friendly and available 24/7. The rooms are small but sufficient if you only need a place to sleep. Everything was clean, although the bed linen was not the newest—that's my only complaint. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was made. The room key must be left at the reception when leaving and picked up upon return. The soundproofing is not the best, so you can hear noise from other rooms. We booked late, so we paid a higher price, but if you book in advance and don’t plan to spend much time in the room, this is an accommodation I would recommend.

Perfect for a short city...

Liked: What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. They will always be there with a smile to help you with anything you need. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect, we didn’t have to take public transport once because the highlights of Madrid are all within 30 minutes walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Liked: The location was great. It is definitely great value for money. Maria from Bulgaria was so kind and helpful at reception. As were the other staff.

Very small but very clean...

Liked: Location was fabulous. 10 min walk to Puerta del Sol. 5 min walk to Tirso Molina plaza. 3 different busses from here to the Atocha station which is 20 min by bus. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.Very clean. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower.
Disliked: Room was a bit small. Walls were paper thin so could hear every foot step.
