Liked: The so called breakfast was not ready when they said it would be
Disliked: Our room had no heat or lights in the morning and no hot water to shower. They were going to give us a15% discount we said at least 50% should be offered, they declined

Liked: We loved the history of the establishment and the wonderful service. My only criticism is how long it took to get hot water in the shower. I had to run the shower for 20 minutes to achieve an acceptable temperature. If I'd known that at check in I could've scheduled my morning better.
