Exceptional

Liked: Carla greeted us warmly and provided us with an upgrade to celebrate my birthday...suite was large,comfy and airy.Love the interior design, great library and classic bar...loved everything about the Thatcher and sure to return!

Liked: The staff were amazing!! Keith (might have been Kevin, lol, the bartender) and Joy were very helpful and friendly!!
Disliked: Our heater never had warm air

Old world charm

Liked: Charming older hotel that has been updated with modern appeal. Cafe is phenomenal with pleasant staff.
Disliked: Sink in the room did not drain and the wall heater is extremely noisy but they do provide ear plugs

Liked: Clean and comfortable! Fun and historical! Very kind staff ( Kevin the bar tender was very good) the on site coffee shop was excellent. I look forward to returning. Couple of things to note...No pets allowed and no elevator. Both were fine with us.

Historic, hip, clean, comfortable, and...

Liked: Love the history. Cleanliness. Staff. Style. Location.
Disliked: I had to leave right at 6 am and there was no hot water or anything in the lobby to make my own tea or anything. Room was a bit noisy as it was on the 101 side but next time I’d just ask to be on the other side if possible.
