Liked: The staff at breakfast were super helpful and friendly. Location is amazing. Breakfast was delish. Perfect hotel for a one night stay - was just what we needed.
Disliked: Check in was a bit slow which was a niggle after travelling all day.A weird thing was there was no main light in our room only the light by the doorway and the bedside lights. A main overhead light would have been helpful.

Liked: Good location for what we needed. Lovely room overlooking the river. Large room bed was comfy. A/c didn’t work was blowing out hot air even on 16 degrees. Bathroom adequate. Some areas a bit tired but overall good. Decent sleep no notable noise.

Liked: A great location, right next to the river. Good facilities for parking the car. Having breakfast outside overlooking the river was a highlight.Dirty laundry was left out next to the staircase, making navigating the steps tricky at times.A very soft and well-used mattress made the bed uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Would recommend

Liked: Great location, right on the Thames, opposite the Maidenhead rowing club. Easy walk into Maidenhead for food and drink.We had very helpful staff that gave us access to the neighbouring room so that we could use the shower as our room didn't have any hot water in the morning. The room was clean, except for the mastic crumbs on the bathroom floor.Bed was comfortable and the bedlinen was clean.
Disliked: We couldn't get any hot water in the morning! Night before, no problem. Overall, the room was good, very spacious and excellent riverside view. The carpet had a big bulge just in front of the bed. The sealant on the bottom of the bath panel was appallingly applied and the whole thing looked a mess, which is a shame, as the rest of the bathroom was in good condition.

Liked: The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. It was very comfortable and there were shops with close proximity. The staff was excellent; friendly, welcoming, customer oriented and I enjoy my stay.
