Disappointed, expected it to be...

Liked: The dining room staff , Josh was a great server. Parking was convenient
Disliked: House keeping had not refilled the shampoo and shower gel in the shower. There was no hair dryer. None of these things were discovered until it was too late to fix it. The room was not as well appointed as I would have expected.

Liked: We always live staying here. Hotel is clean, staff is awesome, location is perfect and Block T Bar is our favorite place to spend time (pre and post game)!

This hotel is clean, safe...

Liked: Sean, the Gentleman at the front door, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us feel valued! By going out of his way to make our daughter a Balloon animal, and coming out into the 20-degree weather to not just open one car door, but all 4 of them.
