Disappointing

Liked: Rooms are not Clean!! No Soap in the Washroom.. I have to go and collect the Soap at downstairs.....floor is very Dirty and unhygienic....

Disliked: Sheets were dirty. Bed was dirty refrigerator didn’t work. Microwave was broken on each room that I was in. had to be removed three times.

Disliked: Old and they were renovating so it didn’t make it any better. Hotel was overall okay….

Will not stay there again

Liked: Location was great and the housekeeping staff was super friendly
Disliked: The front desk was rude, had booked a reservation online. She wanted to charge me. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Couldn’t figure out how to charge my card for having dogs, then expected me to leave my card info. Was told to wait for the manager on duty. After 10 more minutes, I paid cash. The heater was on in the room, it was 78 outside. The sink didn’t drain properly and the toilet didn’t flush correctly.

Liked: Wonderful all the way around! Woman at the front desk (wore glasses and light brown hair)was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!! Please make sure she gets a raise!! Just loved our experience!!!

Liked: Not much of a selection at the breakfast bar. Though they did have tea
Disliked: Property was under renovations which we were not informed of at time of booking.
