Very good stay with good...

Liked: Comfy lounges. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Good spa facilities and lovely massage
Disliked: Extractor fan in bathroom not working and toilet seat wobbly - nothing terrible. Nasty situation dealt with well by staff on scene but not by management = not great customer service. Discussed with a manager after 3 requests.

Liked: Room was good but they booked us a room the furthest away from reception and facilties as was possible. Long walk to room .
Disliked: Long walk away from facilities.

A comfortable hotel but overpriced.

Liked: The location is good and has ample parking. Every area of the hotel was warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our bathroom had either not been attended to or not enough attention had been give to the fact that the bathroom amenities were nearly empty e.g tissue box, vanity pack. Tea & coffee were provided but no hot chocolate. The TV had only half of the TV channels tuned in. In summary, I do not think that this hotel is value for money.
