Liked: Clean spacious studio's and suites. A bit overpriced. Front desk girl not too friendly and rude, hostile. I emailed them recently to book a studio and got no reply. Guy at front desk says he never got messages so the front desk girl (the rude one) probably deleted them. I wrote a complaint letter to the owner which was also deleted. When I emailed them that I did an online review of the hotel that was not deleted. Go figure. Also I called to reserve and the guy at front desk hung up on me. I couldn't understand his heavy accent.
Disliked: See above. Plus toaster not clean lots of crumbs. Some faucet handles are on backwards. Hard to open and close. Some fridges are installed backwards. Hard to open. They never told me there is free laundry facilities. I once asked and they said no.

I am very pleased with...

Liked: Spacious clean versatile room. Lovely kitchenette. Close to l'Oratoire Saint Joseph, boutiques and restaurants. Metro is a few minutes walking distance.
Disliked: Never sure whether I will have a parking spot.
