Liked: Beautiful facility and grounds
Disliked: A/C didn't work our entire stay. Not up front about the fact it was inoperative. Flipped breakers, said our door was unlatched which prevented it from working. Found out from another guest that they were told the system was inoperative the day before we heard the excuses. Made it uncomfortable but this is a temporary issue that wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Just be truthful or inform your other employees what issues may be going on in tnbe building.

Peaceful place to unwind and...

Liked: Situated atop a hill in the Calabrian campagna is this beautifully styled agriturismo of sorts with an incredible kind and helpful staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning, although not horrible could use updating.

Liked: What a gorgeous hotel! The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and our room had a giant, wrap around terrance with the most stunning views of the mountains! I only wish there had been some lounging furniture on the terrance as I could have stayed out there all evening watching the sunset. The pool area was serene and relaxing and an added bonus were the animals in the pens nearby that my children loved interacting with. Donkeys and horses roaming free on the property was so nice to see too. We had dinner one evening and enjoyed a spread of delicious cheeses made on site, as well as many other great dishes. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and I hope to return one day. What a magical place!

Avoid - and check if...

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains made me sleep like a baby and the view from our big terrace was lovely.
Disliked: The staff was extremely unwilling to help and came across quite rudely. I would not recommend this place because of their attitude and lack of interest in supporting their guests. It felt like being there we were making them a favour. Also, there is not much to do in the area (particularly if you don't pay for the spa or the pool is closed) and dinner was not superb.
