Liked: Friendly staff, great value room and the included breakfast was simple and tasty

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable bed. Room was quiet with no traffic noise. For a budget room you really wouldn't ask for more. Tourist Route 9 drive and free guided Tenterfield Saddler visit both essential tourism activities. Old fella was so knowledgeable.
Disliked: I was woken early by a rooster in the distance... but that might have been because I slept with the window open

Liked: We did not have the breakfast...We were on a family reunion but we do love Tenterfield
Disliked: Vacuum the rooms before new customers arrive..the flour was dirty and showers need bleaching between customers ...door locks were not very secure with screend not locking at all

A Small Country Town Stay

Liked: Liked the location with part views of the hills. It was right near to the shops.
Disliked: Room a fraction small and old but still value for money.
