Liked: Comfy room & the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Food was delicious.& served quickly considering it was busy there.plenty of outside space available to sit outside. Up early and one of the staff made us a cappuccino. The location was central for all amenities. Lovely atmosphere inside the pub. Plenty of chairs and chesterfield lounge sofas to sit on too.
Disliked: We booked with booking dot com. I think we paid over the odds instead of a direct booking.No lifts available- struggled with stairs as both have knee joint problems.No availability for breakfast.

4 nights in Tenby

Liked: Great location - in the center of High Street. Short walk to both the train station and bus station. Great choice of restaurants within a short walk. The room was very clean and well maintained - be aware that it was built in 1821 - so stairs to get to the rooms.
Disliked: Other than the stairs - nothing. And the stairs are really part of the charm of staying in a building built in 1821.

Our first UK family holiday...

Liked: The location of Tenby House Hotel couldn’t be better. It is on the High Street and within a ten minute walk to the train station, North Beach, Harbour Beach, Castle Hill and Castle Beach. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating and it’s the only hotel that I’ve been to that provides free snacks and bottles of water daily.

Superb

Liked: Great location, comfortable stay.
Disliked: Bit noisy but expected being right in the centre of town, didn't bother us at all

Lovely clean room

Liked: The room itself was lovely, had all you needed. It would benefit from glasses as well as mugs. Great location for your stay and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room we had (211) was noisy, not sure what it was but I think it could have been pipes. Late at night they were still making a loud noise and we were unable to sleep and then just after 5am it started again. So not a great night's sleep.
