Liked: Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, very warm and cozy. Great location, lovely beer garden. Snacks and water in the room. Everything you need, reasonable price, definitely recommend!

Cheap and cheerful but nothing...

Liked: Large, spacious and clean room. Great location in the middle of town. Smart TV in room.
Disliked: It’s a bit tatty and old fashioned in places. Although clean, the bathroom suite was older than me and the room needed a new kettle. Generally, hallways and communal spaces needed a refresh.

Liked: Perfect location. Spacious, clean room, with a bath.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have had an armchair in the room, but that’s a personal preference.

Liked: Comfy room & the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Food was delicious.& served quickly considering it was busy there.plenty of outside space available to sit outside. Up early and one of the staff made us a cappuccino. The location was central for all amenities. Lovely atmosphere inside the pub. Plenty of chairs and chesterfield lounge sofas to sit on too.
Disliked: We booked with booking dot com. I think we paid over the odds instead of a direct booking.No lifts available- struggled with stairs as both have knee joint problems.No availability for breakfast.
