Liked: Loved the Christmas decorations and proximity to things to do/see in that area. Restaurant host desk was welcoming and accommodating, game room was clean and inviting.
Disliked: Room needed maintenance: mattresses were worn and misshapen, bulbs needed replacing, balcony was wobbly with paint chipping, ducts were completely full of dust bunnies visible from the outside. Housekeeping is clearly short-staffed and was unable to get to our room, even though we didn't opt out of the service (which is a clear payroll-saving scheme from the resort in the guise of being "better for the environment"), front desk was rude when I requested more paper cups and I heard the concierges gossiping about guests among themselves while I waited to be helped. They said the indoor pool was heated, it was absolutely NOT.

Wonderful get away for me...

Liked: Beautiful lobby and grounds. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good for families because there’s things for the kids to do like the pool, game room, s’mores, corn hole and some other activities for a fee. My daughter and I enjoyed the complimentary yoga in the Spa

Cosy open fires close to...

Liked: Very cosy in November with open fires inside and out the swimming pool was warm and the jacuzzi was a fabulous massage on tired shoulders. The staff weee very accommodating and we loved toasting marsh mallows on the fire. Complimentary yoga was awesome too.
Disliked: The walls are rather thin and as the bathrooms back o. To one another you can hear every word - if it was at all possible having families in the same room area and couples/non children in another may be helpful - we were kept awake from 5am with children running next door and upstairs - we love you children but on vacation we want to be able to sleep in which is a real treat.

Liked: The location is perfect, the pool area was awesome, and the amenities at the property were oustanding. The bed was comfy and the entire place was immaculate. We loved everything about our stay!
