Nicely decorated room with good amenities; a very comfortable bed and pillows; in a central location.

Liked: Very good room; friendly staff and lovely view of city.

Liked: Clean comfortable nice room. Mohannand was very helpful as was girl on reception who helped us
Disliked: Requested 2 single beds got a double but was changed straight away

Liked: Stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel... the moment we arrived at Hotel the reception staff were exceptional... couldn't do enough for us. The Manager Kate was so accommodating as was Sharon a member of the restaurant staff. And also Kevin whom organised our day trip to Giant Causeway .The hotel is in a prime location to get around the city directly behind the City Hall. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at visiting the City... I will definitely be returning and will certainly book this hotel.
