Disliked: Bedroom temp control was set at 20 degrees, it was 25+ degrees in the room. Tried to turn the temp down to 17 degrees but room was still too hot. There was an event on the first floor - loud music until 1am…. Very little noise in the corridors but when we went into our room 301 bass was heavy. Had to move rooms at 11pm - paid for a deluxe room, slept in a basic room. Breakfast is 3 stars nowhere near a 4 star hotel breakfast. Staff friendly but under skilled in the bar/restaurant.
