Great staff but beware the...

Liked: Friendly, efficient staffGreat location Lovely lounge areaClean
Disliked: Bar and restaurant prices were very high Bed was on the soft sideFood was not great, better to try other options locally 4% service charge on your total room bill, unless you opt out. On top of any service charge you pay for food and drink. Not mentioned on the booking site or communications until you are checking in.

Lovely quality suite - excellent...

Liked: Lovely Suite - location excellent - staff attentive
Disliked: The 4% added Service Charge which isn’t acceptable - the holding of over double the payment on the bank card which means more than twice the bill held after check out until bank releases it
