Excellent choice for Festival Theatre

Liked: The location for Festival Theatre. The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Price Gouging.

Liked: Staff in restaurant / bar very nice, helpful, friendly. Credit where credit is due.
Disliked: Booking in Experience,very bad. Take it or leave it attitude. Prize Gazumped to extortionate. Implied problem lay elsewhere. Tried contacting your service. No success. Hotel eventually relented to bring down price. ( not original quote). 45 mins later. Missed app with friends for meal. Made mistake not paying fee at time of booking. Put me into freezing cold room. Had to look for room after midnight.

Only stayed the one night...

Liked: Location was good staff very friendly and welcoming
Disliked: Not a big fan of buffet style breakfast, never feel it it hot enough although there was plenty of choice. But understand it probably makes it more efficient for staff.
