Good location

Liked: The property was nice, convenient to walking downtown area and attractions. The room was comfortable, if there could be one improvement it would be a microwave in the room, there was no access to heat or reheat up food, this was a little disappointing.

Liked: Location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly

Great location to visit Broadway

Liked: Location to Broadway was excellent which was main reason of visiting Nashville. Hotel just off main strip so quiet.
Disliked: Cleaning, tidying, making up of room during our stay was a bit random. One of the bar staff was miserable, did her job well but made you feel that she was doing you a favour.

Fix the staff

Disliked: The front staff were not welcoming and unaware of the faculty maintance

Good choice for a long...

Liked: Location is excellent for Broadway clubs. Close enough to walk easily but far enough to limit noise. Staff was very helpful for our requests
Disliked: It's minor but they didn't have decaf coffee or tea for the in-room options.
