Liked: I needed to have a place to spend the day in meetings with with others and the hotel had many quiet places Iin the lobby to meet.

Liked: Location was close to Kindred hospital. Beautiful lobby. Excellent staff.
Disliked: Prepaid for breakfast but had it refunded. Not the typical Hilton breakfast. Due to my food allergies, the offered breakfast was not acceptable for me to eat. No coffee in the room. No dresser in room. No note pad/pen in room. Had to pay for parking which is normally included in the price at Hilton. Multiple issue with the parking pass resulting in new passes being issued each time we left. Multiple exist in order to make visiting hours at local hospital. Additional $225 hold added to credit without notice. Previously stayed at multiple Hiltons and never saw this practice on prior stays. Evening dinner menu is much different from other Hiltons and was not appealing.
