Liked: I put an order in at harwoods for supper .. a rack of lamb and a strip loin steak with a desert. 45 minutes later they called my room letting me know they lost my order and haven't prepared me any food. Ruined my entire dinner experience. 0 out of 10
Disliked: Rooms extremely outdated, hallways feel like a jail corridor, for 300 a night you'd expect an upscale environment. The comfort inn at 120 a night is twice the hotel this place is. The balcony was covered in a foot of snow and completely unusable.
