Liked: The staff was out of this world helpful--just way over and above--Summer let us check in early, when we were tired from a long day's journey. Jasmine helped me when I could not make the boarding pass kiosk work. Alana was helpful in explaining amenities, etc. Orlando was wonderful on the airport shuttle. I wish I could have gotten the names of the restaurant staff who gave us cutlery for our takeout meal. The grounds are lovely, room clean--everything was perfect.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. No improvement necessary. I will come back.

Disliked: I think the room could use a good vacuum, I try not to be picky about those things, but the corners were a little dusty,

For a four star hotel,...

Liked: The breakfast was ok, good service.
Disliked: Breakfast was included in our costs. However, we had to get vouchers from reception to give to the waiters for this service. The receptionist was not very helpful and knew little about the area; ended up using Google. The receptionists were also not very friendly, had no smiles, were not willing to help and we felt we were an inconvenience.You have to pay $50 for incidentals and we are still waiting for this to be reimbursed to our account.

More than what I hoped....

Liked: The room service staff was great. There was a woman with short brown hair that worked on the night of 10/5 and 10/6. She was amazing. Always great delivering the orders.
Disliked: N/A

We enjoyed our stay there...

Liked: Expensive, but good!
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a little coffee bar there with coffee, pastries, etc.
