Lovely stay in Telford

Liked: Freindly staff, clean comfy room, good facilities ie spa, bar.
Disliked: Didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed!! Espeicially in bar restaurant.Totally unhygienic and on top of that don’t worry about people who don’t like having dogs barking inside.This happened on both night I ate in the bar.Totally ridiculous.Just as well my wife was not with me as she suffers from dog allergies and also is frightened of them.Just to let you know I was brought up with dogs and can train them so it’s not the dogs fault but the owners.Please please pay heed to this as more and more people are complaining about dog infestations everywhere.

Liked: Nice complex, close to amenities. Overall decent enough.
Disliked: The corridor my room was in was quite noisy. Lots of doors slamming. The bed was pretty worn out too.

Liked: The room was very comfortable ,the member of the cleaning staff extremely helpful and the breakfast very good.
Disliked: Unfortunately when it came to the evening meal with my daughter who came to visit ,we were very disappointed with the extremely long wait for the meal to be served ,despite the fact we were the first ones there at 6 oclock . A good 40 minutes which seemed excessive . As a result we chose to eat out elsewhere. the following evenings of my stay.

Liked: Great facilities, really good breakfast options, carter for gluten free diets as well
Disliked: Initially a mix up with the rooms but that got sorted out quickly
