Liked: Really enjoyed our stay, we were very impressed with the hotel itself and the staff were helpful & friendly. We did have some trouble using both our breakfast and dinner credits which we had pre-purchased, however this did get sorted out & didn’t detract from our stay. We will definitely return.

Fantastic as ever

Liked: Always my go to hotel when coming to Telford. Clean, friendly, areas to work and great leisure facilities.
Disliked: Nothing

Friendly staff and clean hotel....

Liked: Location was good as we were visiting Weston park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Beds weren’t very comfy. 2 singles pushed together and slightly different heights in the mattresses.
