Very disappointed.

Liked: Location was fine. Everything required was there.
Disliked: The room was very tired and grubby. It all needs refurbishing. The bed settee which we only used as a settee is filthy. We moved on to Whakatane and paid less for a beautiful suite that is clean and fresh.
