Great place to eat but...

Liked: Staff were friendly and food exceptional.
Disliked: Room was poor. All pillow cases different designs and towels too. Not as clean as it was last time we stayed.

Not the best not the...

Liked: Table and chairs setup next to window was nice
Disliked: Heard a lot of noise from passing traffic, a little bit out of the centre for getting home in the AM. Size of tea cups was absurdly small.

Was an enjoyable stay will...

Liked: Good location.. good view Of the River Tay nice garden to front of the property be great in the summer to sit Out
Disliked: The room was small .. but served the purpose of the visit that’s only thing I didn’t like

Brilliant staff but needs better...

Liked: Honestly the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They tried very hard to resolve the issues with my room and make my stay comfortable. The bedroom/bed were fine, just the issue with the bathroom
Disliked: Sadly there was a significant issue with multiple leaks in the bathroom that they were unaware of until my stay. It was not possible to relocate me nor possible to get a plumber as my stay was over a weekend. The staff did the best they could but it did taint the experience
