Liked: Location is amazing, rooms are good value
Disliked: Very noisy, could hear shouting between cleaners in the morning, shower was very nice but shower head was not self supporting fell out every time the water was off, staff seemed lovely but was difficult to communicate due to not English speaking.

OK for me except the...

Liked: Breakfast has basic stuff. The receptionist and the family are friendly.Bath room is clean.
Disliked: I think receptionist famiy is living in the same area as reception hall. A baby and at least 4 adults living there. As there is no proper ventilation, the whole receprion area fills with cooking oil and sauce smell which I did not like. Around 6.45pm to 745 am, the family made lot of noise whilst having their dinner. For some reason I could hear the noise to room in 2nd floor where I stayed. Again in the morning they were talking loudly.Recption area has strong smell like chinese takeaway.

Perfect for short stays

Liked: Location was perfect. I could enjoy Turin without the need to think of transport. The room was clean, spacious and good enough for a short stay. 2 minutes away from Porta Nuova station.
Disliked: Noisy area. The windows were not sound proof and I could hear everything from outside.

Liked: Great location, 1 minute away from the main train station and 5 minutes away from the city centre.Breakfast was good with croissants, bread, various sweets, coffee and juices.Room was clean.
