Great family getaway

Liked: I liked the view of the lake from our balcony the ducks and the quietness I loved the rooms and my children enjoyed their stay with a swim in the hotpools before we left thank yous soo much
Disliked: A snobby cleaner looked miserable lol but I know what the job intales soo lol overall lovely place to stay. Lovely pool girl too very chatty

Really disappointed for the money...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Couch was old and uncomfortable and fitted 2 people. We had 5 adults staying and only had 2 other uncomfortable chairs. Bed was uncomfortable to. There was no extra bed linen, blankets, or pillows.

As expected good stay with...

Should have been so much...

Liked: We have always stayed at this holiday park when in Taupo, and for the most part really enjoyed the room and of course the location. Great to have a discount to get into the thermal pools.
Disliked: I was a bit stunned at the quality of the room. We have stayed in one of these units before and it was very pleasant. This time I was very surprised at the cleanliness. It was quite grubby, the shower was dirty and have the last persons packaging in it from some product used in the shower. The dishbrush had human hair stuck in it. There were a number of items from the previous visitor left in the room, including medication left in the bathroom and items left under the bed. The room was cold, and very very worn. Honestly this made my time in Taupo a bit of a negative experience.
