Ideal central location for town

Liked: The access to the building was secure, but with key code to enter, same with key safe for room, the room was smart, compact and welcoming, the bed very comfortable, and room fitted out with table easy chair, TV, and tea and coffee facilities. Ample parking to the side of the building, and literally 5 minutes walk to town centre opposite the building, 5

Disliked: TV did not work. Had to ask. Not very helpful. Obviously happens a lot. Very few of the plug sockets worked which messed up my day. Basic assumption is that a plug socket will work. Next morning all my devices were flat!!!!!

Disliked: Massively over priced, no facilities and have seen no staff since arriving.

Liked: Location very convenient for town centre. Good parking facilities. Glad our room was at the back of the hotel so away from traffic.
Disliked: Paid extra for a "Superior" room. Not "Superior" in my book.Mattress was very hard. So much so that my shoulder hurt from sleeping on my side. Bedding was not what I would have expected in a "Superior" room; just one lightweight foam(?) pillow per person and no additional, optional blankets - in fact I was cold at times during the night.

Disliked: I arrived with my family at 22:00 to hotel and we couldn't get through the main door as instructions on the door wasn't clearly.We decided to call the owner and he told us ' to use our f... brain and if we can't get inside fu..off and go find another hotel but he will charge us for service anyway'.Very disrespectful owner.Even the rooms was nice and clean I will never back to this hotel
