Good location, service needs to...
Liked: Food was really nice, location is perfect and the building itself is gorgeous
Disliked: Staff mentioned they were short due to a busy weekend, the service was not amazing to be honest.We paid more than £260 for a night and they gave us a pull out bed sinking in the middle very uncomfortable, not sure if all the rooms were like this or what we unfortunately got, we ended up building a cushion wall between me and my partner not to roll over, not good.The room doors have an auto load system that pushes the door quite harshly so the guests were banging doors until 01:30, overall not a good night.

Lovely hotel, awesome staff, pretty...
Liked: It was very convenient for the places I was visiting, large car park, drop off point near reception, lovely staff, great facilities. I didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately.
Disliked: It was mostly fabulous so getting a bit picky here, but the wonderful rain shower would have been improved with an additional hand held shower head. I would also suggest replacing bedroom carpet which was a bit grubby.

Perfect interlude for a wedding...
Liked: We had a large and beautiful room the Cedar on the top floor overlooking the park. No lift but reception kindly carried up our overnight bags. We were delighted to find chocolates, balloons and a lovely message to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Did not stay for dinner as had other plans but breakfast in the dining room was a rare treat of cooked to order and not a buffet ! Beautiful park and so we hope to return in the summer. Very peaceful.
Disliked: no big issue but spa treatments not available on Mondays.

Disliked: The experience in the hotel was very unpleasant, as soon as I arrived at the hotel corridor, I felt a strange smell, and there were bugs at the door of the room. There was a musty smell on entering the room. In addition, for breakfast the next day, there was only one waiter in the restaurant, and she left out my order. One of the most irritating things, I believe that everyone comes to this hotel to relax and experience the hotel's hot spring bath pool. But when I arrived on Monday, the person who checked in told me about the opening hours of the hot spring pool. Then on Monday night I checked with the staff again and they told me it would open at 8am the next day. But by the time I finished breakfast on Tuesday and got ready to experience the spa pool, it was closed. I approached the staff, who told me that the spa pool was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This made me very angry and confused.I don't understand why no one told me about this in my two inquiries. Then what's the meaning of me coming to this hotel? They kept me waiting for a long time and finally came to tell me that I could use the hot spring bath. It was a very bad experience for me! Waste my times, destroy my mood!

An enjoyable two nights in...
Liked: The location was excellent for our social engagements in the area. The hotel was almost empty and service was variable but dinner and breakfast were fine. Cara in the restaurant and Jacob in the bar looked after us very well. Wendy on reservations was very helpful.
