Great venue, outside the city,...

Liked: The location and decor were fantastic. We went on the hunt for some of the sitting areas from the website, just to take pictures there. Couldn't get breakfast as there was some sort of convention coming in, so they were shut down, have heard great things about it though.
Disliked: Only stayed one night, so hard to say what could've been better. Will be staying again, so can update on the subsequent stay.

Disliked: The rooms are showing their age. Our bathroom was not so fresh and clean.

No TV. No internet! Don’t...

Liked: The decor in the lobby was cool.
Disliked: One of the rooms I booked the TV AND the Internet did not work. When they called the desk clerk we were told a technician would be sent within TWO HOURS! Then they said, sorry but he went home and is not coming back! They took $60 off of the bill which is ridiculous. We should NOT have charged a dime.

WiFi did not work

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, except for the loudly talking maids at 8:00am on a "Quiet" floor
Disliked: WiFi NEVER worked. Turned out the network was being replaced. But no one mentioned that at Check-In. After spending 30 minutes troubleshooting what I guessed was a configuration problem on my laptop, and then complained to the front desk staff, ONLY THEN was I advised the internet access for the 7th floor was being replaced. Was advised to go sit in the lobby and use the internet there. No thanks. If I pay $240+ for a room for one night, the dang WiFi should work. My last Hilton stay .....
