The stay was very comfortable...

Liked: The location was perfect for skiing and was close to downtown restaurants. The suite room was spacious for a family of 4. We were happy to have a king bed and a queen bed. Having a mini-kitchenette was also very nice. There were 2 TV's as well.
Disliked: The kitchen could have had more dishes and utensils. We would have liked to have more blankets, but the hotel was warm. Overall, we would stay again.

Liked: The first night was an add on to my reservation for the second night. I wound up in a tiny room. I asked the lady in the office if the room I had initially reserved could be cleaned first so I could move in early. She understood and was very helpful and called me about an hour later to tell me my new room was ready. That was about 10:15 AM. I felt that was far above and beyond normal service

Liked: Clean, good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We rented 3 rooms for our stay. One room was awesome. The second room had no heater and Wes freezing all night. The third room had no working tv and the shower door would not stay shut. Staff said they would issue a discount for the inconvenience but never did!!!
