Liked: Location downtown was great.
Disliked: I did not get the room I asked for. I booked a king bed and got two queens. There was a mistake in the room assignment with my coworker and I was told I had not booked the room for 3 nights when it was my coworker that left early. The room I booked also had a walk in shower and I got a tub with shower. The Valet was short staffed and when I requested to pickup my car via text it was never ready and I even had to request a second time once I was downstairs. The tub drain was disconnected.

Disliked: The valet parking was busy and not very efficient. I received a text that the car was being pulled after 45 minutes it hadn't arrived, went to check and they hadn't even pulled it. Disappointed
