It was very reasonably priced...

Liked: If you have a problem they respond immediately. They spray all the walks a couple times each week. I felt safe there. They blow the leaves out of parking lot often.
Disliked: The traffic is horrible but most of Florida has the same issues. The mattress was ok but not that comfortable. The A/C units are very noisy

Disliked: I actually didn’t stay there, but I was planning on it, as soon as I got my stuff to the room I opened the closet door, and there was a cockroach, the place was so rundown, and after the encounter with the cockroach I checked out and stayed with a friend instead, I would not recommend it, it definitely needs to be renovated and fumigated

Disliked: There were cigarette holes on the bedspread, apparently there were families living in the facility and not being kept tidy. The room smelled of past smoking.We had visit of several cockroaches, completely unacceptable of a hotel featured on The Booking.com...

Disliked: Too many live-ins in children running around screaming and playing and making a mess

Liked: Room was clean, if a little utilitarian. Because of the unseasonably cold weather, the bedding was a little inadequate. While there was heating in the room, an extra blanket would have been welcome.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: My room was dirty, it was a non-smoking room, but my room was constantly filled with cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms. When I complained they gave me spray to use that didn’t work. They finally moved me to another room which was better but occasionally could still smell cigarette smoke. Stated in the “rules” was there were no animals allowed. I don’t mind animals, but one gentleman had a pit-bull who lunged at me and growled. Generally I like pit bulls, but he was not a friendly dog and could be a danger to some.

Liked: Hotel is nicely located and rates are low.
Disliked: To many pets, dogs everywhere. Mattresses was so broke down when you sat on beds and got up your butt imprint stayed in mattress. Also was stains on blankets and sheets, liquid stains on wall one looked like dried blood that ran down wall and our room smelled like mildew really, really bad.

Disliked: Easier way to watch television as remotes are outdated
