Terrible stay

Liked: Nothing it was dirty
Disliked: The room’s smell the pictures of property is nothing like it is property was dirty all around the building

Poor

Liked: It was close to my business seminar.
Disliked: The wall unit was so loud that I could not sleep. The hotel wanted to charge 50 deposit in the last minute.

Any port in a storm...

Liked: Location, but tough to get into during traffic. Close to my damaged apartment.
Disliked: Some staff great, others not so. Would clean room if reminded. Had to make requests for service repeatedly. First morning the doorknob broke in my hand, couldn’t get out, took an hour to get in touch with security to let me out. They did repair it that morning.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved the manger Jessica she was awesome!! She made the stay 10 stars. I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable and smelled freshly cleaned when I got in.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

No stay it was closed...

Liked: I got there and to property was closed and I could not check in. My card was charged and I need a refund.

Liked: the hotel was not open I didn’t get to stay it was shut down for hurricane I am requesting a full refund
