Good but with the price...

Liked: The hotel room was very spacious and clean for the most part. The shower was a little rough looking but more wear and tear not really dirty. The room service for food was very efficient and friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy how the internet went out on the tv. When we called the front desk they sent someone up and he basically told us we were out of luck with it and should call IT ourselves. This was a bit of a bummer because we had a very difficult and long travel day with our flight being cancelled that morning and just wanted to relax.

Convenience,value and outstanding accomodations.

Liked: Since I had visitors flying in from China,the ease of walking across the lobby to greet them,get them a great breakfast after a 30 hour trip and take their luggage right to my car was a Godsend.
Disliked: No suggestions

Convenient hotel in Tampa Airport...

Liked: The hotel was very convenient to the airport using the train system. The airport itself was very well designed, and the hotel was a logical fit in a logical spot.
Disliked: The room decor and comfort could be improved. For two people, there was only one desk chair and no other seating. I asked for another chair and the staff was very responsive. However, the only chair they had was a shower seat!
