Great location for the train...

Liked: Great choice at Breakfast. Busy at peak times but tables cleared quickly and helpful staff. Only thought would be mix up of utensils between hot buffet.
Disliked: No/A

Liked: Beds were so comfy. Barbican was kind and attentive and gave drink on the hse when error made.
Disliked: Would have been good to have better tv and movie options

Liked: Everything was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Beds are super comfy. The room is big and many facilities are provided (shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, biscuits, tea, water, sugar, cups, towels, iron board...). The rooms also have different sockets (European, American and also English).The breakfast is very good and there are many options to choose from.Super close to the station, and 15 mins walk from the city centre. They also provide bikes. We felt very happy and comfortable at the hotel. I will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Disliked: The staff didn’t make us aware of facilities available, nor serving times for food and we missed breakfast and was told as breakfast finishes in 5 minutes we were not eligible for it!!!!
