Stayed 3 times in November-...

Liked: Good breakfast, comfy beds, no complaints. Stayed 3 nights (1 night on 3 separate occasions over the month of November.
Disliked: Frustrating check-in on November 30. Front desk undermanned with one poor young lady having to deal with multiple groups between 2-3 PM. Service suffered (and so did she!) You need to fix this.

Liked: The hotel is about two minutes from the station and an easy walk to the city centre. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We liked everything and would happily stay again.

Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. No parking available and parking in Cambridge is notoriously difficult. For the price I would hope there would be some form of parking facility or perhaps a partner company in the City.
