Liked: location was perfect and the outdoor space in the back along the lake was picturesque. The rooms and social spaces were comfy and welcoming.
Disliked: I wish they had hot choc in the morning for those who don't drink tea or coffee. Maybe a water station in the lobby would be great also.

Disliked: Exhaust fan in bath does not shutoffHeat was at 74. Frontal people didn’t know how to reset the non-split heat over the fridge. Front desk people were jammering but no coffee available. You might install self closing toilet seats so folks don’t slam down waking all nearby. The bath area coounter space is nearly fully occupied by goofy big amenity bottles, hmmmm. Hot tub water looked dangerously filled with whatever wants to grow therein. Otherwise, the whole unit needs a super cold deep clean and interior paint.

Ski hotel with some extras...

Liked: Unexpectedly nice Japanese restaurant on premises, but I believe it was seasonal. Very nice sauna (they keep it really hot!) and decent pool.
Disliked: A shower in the sauna / pool area is a must, but there's none.

Great location with a Scandinavian...

Disliked: It was a bit chilly on the way to the outdoor hot tub
