Liked: Very comfortable beds, free parking, EV chargers on site (Esb and easy go), staff very nice
Disliked: Room was very cold, instructions left in the room for operating AC were useless, there was no bathtub so couldn't even heat up in a bath, only rain shower available, no handheld which is very inefficient if you want a quick shower, also rinsing down of shower not possible - there is already build up of mould in shower even though it's quite new.Was told next day that we should have told reception about AC as they would have sent somebody up (staff was very nice about it), but really it was too late the evening before and was just too tired sorting that out

Great short stay over-all.

Liked: Friendly staff. Unexpected free upgrade. Size of the room. Room service was quick. Lovely food (room service).
Disliked: Everything is great within the Hotel. Accessing the taxi took a while. If attending a meeting or training, need to consider the waiting time for the taxi

We enjoyed our short stay...

Liked: A very comfortable hotel, room was bright and spacious with very comfy bed. We had a lovely sea view. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Staff in the bar were friendly and service was good.
Disliked: Nothing really - the only thing was that the water pressure in the cold tap was very weak.
