Liked: Absolutely stunning. Spa area is gorgeous. Massage was amazing and bed was most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful...
Liked: Beautiful location, helpful staff and lovely spa and swimming pool. Rare to find a heated swimming pool open in November so we were delighted. Restaurant was also great, and very relaxed atmosphere was much appreciated. We did some lovely walks along the river and through Dedham, which is a lovely little village with nice pubs and shops.
Disliked: The room we stayed in next to reception was a tiny bit noisy in the morning, and felt a bit exposed as looked out to the front.

Outstanding hotel and spa.
Liked: Outstanding service, facilities, decor and ambience, coupled with the fact that it feels like guests' experience is valued above making money for the business, make Talbooth House a rare treat in this era of commercialism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay, and the fact that entry to the spa is included in the room price make this one of the best value getaways around. Spa facilities were also excellent, with a large swimming pool and perfectly heated hot-tub.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like about our experience!
