Lovely hotel, very nice staff...
Liked: Lovely Hotel lovely staff very warm and inviting and everyone was very helpful
Disliked: We came back to the hotel late after watching a show. The restaurants are still open and surface. My partner has a cheese allergy and instead of saying we can do the salad without a cheese or the chips without cheese they just didn’t present either and they close the restaurant And didn’t offer us dessert, but we both would’ve eaten. We weren’t even the last people in there. But the hotel was fantastic.

A very comfortable and spacious...
Liked: The team were so attentive and friendly. The room was outstanding. Incredible to have that much space, even in a suite, in the centre of London. Breakfast was also outstanding
Disliked: We did enjoy the complimentary happy hour. However the barmen need more experience as the mixed drinks were not up to the standard of a 5star hotel

Disliked: Everything else ! TV didn’t work for the entire stay , last 3 days they insisted to change the room . Which we already did once since the Washing machine broke down in the first room given . We had to go through numerous hours of maintenance work in our room with the team with no success at the end .We were charged for drinks at the bar during the complimentary hours , which was reversed at last after the intervene of the reception Manager , Mr Mohit.We were refused to take hot breakfast to our room since I was sick, unable to come down to the restaurant ( the waitress didn’t show any sort of hospitality or empathy , knowing I was sick ) . Staff has no idea what to do in that situation at all. We were asked to give credit card details while making the in-house restaurant reservation as per their policy, which was amended again with help of Mr . Mohit . After all this , We were offered some sort of feet Soak Ritual , which were supposed to fill up & DIY , we sent it back after understanding the process( no message left to ask staff help or further information). Again , we were offered some cocktails , which we don’t really take . We dined at restaurants & bar many times but they didn’t even checked what we ordered before sending such drinks .We found hair in our breakfast also .Every one were very sorry since first day till last but nobody bother to fixed anything. The whole hotel is mess with no coordination , big communication gap . It’s a total dishonor to such a big brand like Taj .

Outstanding location and world-beating service....
Liked: Located in the heart of London at a stone's throw from the Buckingham Palace, which made it easy for us to just walk to all the major sights of London we wanted to show to our daughter. Excellent food (with a bias towards Indian cuisine admittedly) and generous afternoon tea and evening happy hour offer to boot. Michelin star restaurant Quilon is part of the premises, and it was lovely. Service is simply outstanding, and the suite we had was very well appointed and spacious too!
Disliked: Honestly can't think of anything.
