Great Family Holiday Spot

Liked: The motel was very well decorated and appointed. I advised reception that a light bulb wasn't working and a staff member came and fixed it immediately. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and welcoming. My grandchildren loved the play areas and mini golf. Being so close to the beach was great.

Great location to base yourself...

Liked: Location was excellent with the bike track right outside our door. We had our e-bikes with us. Lovely outlook on to the Estuary. Large room with everything we needed.
Disliked: While it didn’t worry us but maybe it would be a good idea to tell guess that the airport flight path goes straight over the holiday park from 6am till 10pm

Great spot to stay- not...

Liked: Great position not far from town. Nice motel unit. Laundry well organised, slick check in process.
Disliked: Planes over head, but not fault of Holiday Park- only small planes!!Lying for WiFi- had not been required to anywhere else in NZ accommodation.

Disappointing

Liked: The room had everything we needed.
Disliked: Very loud people next to us , walls were paper thin, music up til very late , cars coming & going. Not a good place if you want to sleep! Or for young children.
