Great space for the price. We had a very nice room that was well cleaned and maintained. Very quaint and private. Will rent with fireplace next time.

Liked: The hot spa was good after a day skiing, although it was old, not clean and inconsistent temperature
Disliked: The fact that booking.com advertised the rate at $101aud per night and charged me circa $155Aud per . I will be investigating this further and giving feedback and more response if I don’t get a reply to my feedback. Thinking of deleting my app and account due to lack of communication

Liked: The room was decent and they had a hot tub, which was nice. 15-minute walk to shopping outlets and casinos.
Disliked: They didn't allow us to check in after hours (12 am), so we paid for a night we didn't even use. Customer service didn't offer any discount for the night and was rude.

Good location, good jacuzzi, ok...

Liked: Location is good. Jacuzzi was nice.
Disliked: Not very clean, especially the bathroom. Dark brown water would come out every time we turn on the shower for the first couple seconds. Bathroom door looks pretty rusty.

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room clean.
Disliked: No coffee pot. Had to go to office to get a cup of coffee..would have been nice to have it in the room so I could have a cup and not have to get dressed to go to the office.
