Disliked: I booked a queen suite with two queen beds and a living area with couch. The room we got was just two queen beds and didn’t accommodate our needs. People ended up sleeping on the floor because the couch we were supposed to have didn’t exist. They told me the room I booked was given to someone else and they were at max capacity with no rooms left to accommodate us. The staff member took me around the whole facility into storage rooms and everything at 1am trying to find a cot or something so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor in the $280/night hotel room but no luck. We had no option other than to sleep on the floor. Terrible stay overall.

It was a great location...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very early due to travel restraints and were able to store our luggage behind the counter and use the pool facilities while we waited for our room. The restaurant food was very good. They also worked to prepare a room quickly for us. The rooms are very large and were clean.
Disliked: The mattresses were quite firm. The tiki huts around the pool were missing much of the roof/straw.
