outstanding value for money

Liked: very close to transport with access to trains, buses and light rail. it was very affordable. it was very clean. the shared bathroom was just across the hall from my room and it was very clean. the hotel bar and restaurant was excellent. the staff were friendly. the Karaoke downstairs was fun and the sound did not filter upstairs at all.
Disliked: nothing.

Disliked: The pub was super noisy at night, with loud music playing throughout the whole night! You could also hear the train passing by and honking every 30 minutes

Liked: I have stayed here several times, each time in the same room. Staff very nice and great to have parking. Great having secure entry, Felt safe and at ease.
Disliked: Great location for my needs but the room needs to be a little cleaner with proper tea/coffee facilities. Stained chair unappealing and vacuuming needs to be more thorough. I know it is budget accommodation but it's a shame if they let the rooms get rundown. I would still stay here in future but maybe try another room as I have stayed in the same room each visit.
