Cosy stay in Kensington

Liked: Compact yet comfortable room, location was great for our needs during our stay in London. We hadn't paid for breakfast in our original booking but booked a light breakfast, which was delicious, pastries, toast, juice & coffee.
Disliked: There is no soundproofing between the floors, had someone stomping around their room late into the night & early this morning.

Disappointing. It didn’t live up...

Liked: From the outside it looked lovely.
Disliked: Inside was disappointing. It had been advertised as a luxury boutique hotel. However, room was very small, shower was over a bath, with a curtain. Was in need of updating and decorating.

I'll definitely not choosing same...

Liked: only the location is likeable, there was nothing good about the hotel.
Disliked: Receptionist was rude. Corridors were smelling fish. Lift is extremely small!
