Location.

Liked: The location is great opposite Queen Victoria Building, Light rail also just opposite ,lots of shopping like westfield shopping centre, Town hall about 3mins walk ,motel very clean and friendly staff shoutout to Christin she is very helpful and professional, soft bed and pillows but small bath room but still good size room.
Disliked: All great.

Liked: The property was centrally located, close to the station. Very small, not very clean and very noisy at night. The staff were lovely and very helpful with bag storage and directions.
Disliked: Too loud at night. Cramped and small. Very expensive. Paid for a room upgrade (city view) for nothing.
