Exceptional

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped with machines and weights. The pool and sauna facilities are clean. A great selection of food at the hotel breakfast. The location is perfect - the light rail and train station is just around the corner.
Disliked: The toilet flush pressure in our room was a bit low but the shower pressure was fine. Not sure if it was the time (around 9pm) that we went to the pool area but not all lights were turned on.

Disliked: We stared straight into a brick wall and was given absolutely no concession. In fact we were charges $1000 per night on 30/12. Ridiculous!!!!
