Superb

Very good

Liked: Early check in was not available, so we were offered access to the early arrivals lounge that was very nice. Team was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The tap in the hotel basin was horrendous, made such a mess and sprayed everywhere.

Clean great breakfast good location...

Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: Was hoping for a bridge view however the view we had was very good

Overpriced. A disappointment with services,...

Liked: Location is good. Nothing else is.
Disliked: Had to ask for toilet paper. Had to ask for shower gel right after room service. Horrible pillows. Lack of customer care. No hot water on some mornings, only lukewarm. Tiny tiny bathroom and barely working fan, nothing ever dries. "Mistaken" charges after stay. Overall a long list of disappointments and a cheap 2 or 3-star experience.

Liked: Complimentary drinks at check in, amazing location near all the "tourist stuff" in Sydney. The room and beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the bridge.
