Liked: Our light was broken and they came to fix it straight away even though it was after hours
Disliked: No aircon or ceiling fan in the room. Was hard to carry big bags up the many flights of stairs to get to our room and I have a bad back. Lucky a guest from another room saw me struggling and helped me

Passable

Disliked: We got there on Friday night and they informed us they didn’t know what happened with our booking but we would have to stay separate in two different rooms, even tho when we made the booking they said we would have a double bed (we are a couple). First moment the only option the manager did offer was to give us a refund which wasn’t a proper option as it was Friday at 8 pm in Sydney cbd. After one hour and insisting a lot he found us another place to stay and paid the difference. Can’t rate the hostel areas as we ended up not staying there. Bad point we had issues with the booking but at least they did sort it out!
