Liked: more than appreciative to the male staff at the reception, he was extremely considerate and he transformed my trip

Liked: Our light was broken and they came to fix it straight away even though it was after hours
Disliked: No aircon or ceiling fan in the room. Was hard to carry big bags up the many flights of stairs to get to our room and I have a bad back. Lucky a guest from another room saw me struggling and helped me
