Liked: The hotel was in a great location, with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is old and has limited facilities. The room was quite small, and the price seems unreasonable for such an old hotel.

Superb

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and was always nice to talk to. Sam was fantastic, he provided us with all the instructions we needed to check in outside reception working hours. Location was perfect for the purpose of my trip.
Disliked: No alevator so we had to carry our luggage two levels up.
