Money well spent!

Liked: Very friendly and very welcoming hotel.
Disliked: The toilet door kept slowly opening in our bedroom cause it had no lock 😅

A budget hotel that is...

Liked: The staff were friendly and always greeted us everyday. They kindly let us store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. The location was good- it was close to Kings Cross train station and Coles and there were some restaurants around the area. They tidied the room every day.
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small and it was very uncomfortable to even use the toilet because there was no space. There was no window which meant that the room felt quite claustrophobic. We had been upgraded to a bigger queen sized room so I imagine the standard room would have been even smaller. It looks much smaller in real life compared to the pictures shown. On one morning, there were workers on the other side of the wall drilling and making very loud noises which was disturbing. We also found a cockroach in the room.

Conveniently located but no natural...

Liked: The location was close to restaurants and supermarkets. There is a mini fridge and a kettle in the room.
Disliked: The windows are blocked with mesh screens, so no natural lighting, which is totally different from their advertising photos. The room number is 701, but the room is on level 2 with narrow stairs. So be prepared to carry your own luggage and watch your steps. Pillows are of poor quality. The bathroom ventilation and the light are controlled by the same button. The vent motor was so loud that it felt like a helicopter landing every time you switched on the light/vent. No window can be opened in the bathroom either.

Disliked: The shower was very tight and the shower curtain could be replaced as it had bad odours. My room was one of the ones not yet renovated so perhaps it would be better in the future.

Liked: Spent one night, their room was fine, only one small issue the small table with the little refrigerator under it, bending down to use it! Needs a rethink🤔 Over all would recommend this hotel 🏨

Easy, comfortable, and relaxing stay!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable stay! The studio apt option was great—all new furnishings with a great walk in shower and kitchen.

Horrible place to stay !!!!

Liked: Not much, very steep stairs for a elderly personVery tight space in living area and bathroom and didled us out of parking refund , not impressed with a thieving manager. Would never go back or recommend

Liked: The shower head was amazing, and the beds were super comfy. The location is also fabulous.
