Liked: The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The aircon didn’t work, so with no window in the room for fresh air and a broken aircon unit, it was hot, stuffy and unpleasant. Our room was also only serviced once, we had to keep going downstairs to reception for clean towels. The room was small and the bathroom layout poor, with you having to literally brush past the toilet to get into the shower - then brush past again. A bit yuk.

Great location with excellent cafes...

Liked: Location was great. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor - the staircase was very narrow and hard to navigate with a suitcase. The room was very small, the shower overflowed into the main part of the bathroom. While these are negative comments, we were not put off by them. We had a lovely time and the room was adequate for our needs.
